The snow season has started. Salt and snow shovels are available for use by strata residents for clearing snow around the strata. Please ensure that any shovels are returned immediately after use to be available for the next person. Shovels/salt can currently be found at the following locations:
- 9030 Altair Place
- 3021 Carina Place
- Lyra parkade storage room – shovels / salt to be located beside the storage room (Lyra East Parkade off of Centaurus Drive)
Please check back for updates as the locations may be altered depending upon need.

Please note there have been vehicle break-ins recently reported in the Lyra parkade. Valuables should not be kept in vehicles. Please keep watch and report any suspicious behaviour to the police.

Please be advised that Monarch Paving will begin line painting on Altair & Carina Place on Friday, October 27th, 2017 starting at 8:30 a.m. (weather permitting). All tag parking spots must be cleared in advance and there will be no access in/out until the painting is complete on each street. Access should be available again after 5pm.

Please be advised that Monarch Paving has begun work on paving Carina Place as of Monday, October 23rd, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Vehicles may be left on the cement carport pad as long as it does not sit on or is near the asphalt. Please note that cars left on the cement carport pad cannot be moved until all of the paving is done and allowed to dry properly. Please be cautious of the paving equipment while they are on site.

Visitor Parking: With the ongoing water mains work the homeowners on Carina Place will not be able to use the visitors parking on the re-pipe side of the street on November 12th from 8 am until 8 pm.
Carports: All homeowners 3015 through 3057 Carina Place will not be able to access their carports during this time as well. If homeowners do not need to use their car it can remain in their carport. There will be no in and out privileges allowed during this time frame on Nov 12.

- Water pressure may be reduced and vary temporarily
- You may experience temporary discoloration of water. This is not a common occurrence; however, if this happens please turn on an outside tap or run cold water.
- Refrain from using the washing machine during flushing.
